They Are Wearing: Kingpins Amsterdam Lily Templeton Blue was the hottest color in Amsterdam as aficionados turned the Dutch capital into the capital of denim for a week of industry and public events surrounding the ever-popular fabric for the Amsterdam Denim Days, held April 17 to 23. Around town, retailers such as Scotch & Soda, Levi's or specialists Tenue de Nîmes offered their latest denim wares, customization workshops and other free events, while the city's Westerpark was home to the two-day premium denim fair Kingpins (April 19-20) and following ticket-based Blueprint festival (April 21-22).
